Cibus Capital has launched its first Australian carbon and nature-based land restoration fund, targeting to raise between A$200-$300m (€112m-€168m) from corporate investors who require carbon credits to meet their obligations under Australian regulations. The fund, which expects a first close before the end of this year, is targeting delivery of around 11.25m cost-effective Australian carbon credit units (ACCUs) over a 30-year period.
