Polymer company KB Components intends to switch its listing from the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market to the main market on Nasdaq Stockholm in 2026, according to a press release.
“It is a natural step for KB Components to move to the main list and gain the additional exposure this entails. The company is well prepared for this, and we are convinced that both new and existing investors will support this move, while we also hope to increase the liquidity of the share,” commented Chairman of the Board, Stefan Andersson.
When the company was listed on First North in December 2024, it communicated its ambition to eventually move to the main market. The process to carry out the transition has now begun.
It was also announced that board members Bo Matson and Lotta Ljungberg have chosen to resign from the KB Components board for personal reasons.
